FP&A Senior Manager
Description
- Collaborate closely with VFX production teams to develop and manage production budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and targets.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting on VFX production cost variances and forecasts for senior management.
- Monitor VFX production spending across the various location & Departments and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency/productivity improvements.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of tax incentives, rebates, and production incentives for VFX projects.
- Coordinate with external auditors and VFX producers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide financial guidance and support to VFX artists, production staff, and clients to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in production finance within the VFX industry.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing VFX production budgets for film, television, or streaming content.
- Strong understanding of VFX tax incentives and global production financing structures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with VFX financial software and tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional VFX teams and manage multiple VFX projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of VFX industry standards, regulations, and best practices in production finance.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of some ERP software’s
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skill and Advance Excel
